I felt like the prices were decent and the staff was OK. It’s in a good location as well especially if you need to buy materials to build or repair.

Today, we swore out a warrant and tomorrow morning I meet with an attorney to sue both Lowe’s and the 3rd party shipping company out of Lafayette, LA. Spoke directly with the store manager at the Waveland, MS store where I ordered from. Basically, she didn’t care and gave me the “we will escalate it” story. Completely unacceptable. Will NEVER buy from Lowe’s again. Will gladly pay more or price match with Home Depot.

Waited 20 minutes to get wood cut to then be told that we have to pay for the wood and cut first... they paged twice for a cut and the employee just stood around the forklift. Waitwd another 20 minutes at Customer Service just to not get service. Bought the paint and left. We will not be back. We would rather drive to Gulfport and go to Home Depot instead

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
