- HWHollye WatkinsFeb 26, 20261.0I’ve had ongoing issues with this company despite never missing a payment. I have proof of every payment I’ve made, yet I continue to receive calls stating that I owe money. Each time I contact them, they say the issue has been “fixed,” but the problem keeps happening. Anytime I speak with someone about my account, they never seem to know what’s actually going on, why this continues to happen, or even why they’re asking for additional money in the first place. There is no clear communication or accountability. Today, I received an email claiming I am 11 payments behind, which is completely inaccurate. I’ve requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times and have never received a return call. I’ve also tried calling their number repeatedly, and now the phone line isn’t even working. This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. It appears there is a serious lack of organization and proper account management. I would strongly encourage the company to review their records and improve their communication and internal processes to prevent these ongoing errors.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
