    Found the product I went after but needed associate help. He told me I needed to get my own flatbed, it was too big for a shopping cart. Then I found theu were all in the garden center and the gate was already locked. Had to go around the front of the store to get back in with it. Had a bit of trouble loading it in my truck, without associate help, none was offered. Very bad customer service this night.

    One star only bc Keith was nice and helped us without any issues. We bought nuts bolts washers. We were told we had to do self check out for those by the customer service lady. There was a lady standing at the end of self checkout eating chips we asked her for help, she huffed and went to a register and told us we had to enter the numbers or the codes on the bag . She entered the numbers and said this register only accepts cards we only had cash, the lady did not tell us before entering the barcode numbers she suspended the transaction and was visibly irritated, huffing and being rude . Like I told her , this is not my job i dont get paid to check myself out , i called back and asked to speak with a manager , doubt the issue gets addressed. Lowes needs to do better with customer service the only thing we asked this lady to do was assist us , i thought that is what she gets paid to do . Apparently its the customer’s job to figure it out . Lowes yall suck

    We don’t use Lowe’s very often because in the last 10 years it’s been absolutely terrible service. Today I have reached my breaking point. The lady at the service desk Kim was totally unprofessional and should be fired immediately. I can’t understand why you would allow your employees to teach customers like she treats them and she was treating her team members just as bad. This is not the first time and not the second time but the 5th time and I’m over it. I absolutely hate going to Lowe’s never any service never anything stocked. I been trying to buy a faucet for the past 6 months and it’s still not in stock. No one ever does what they supposed to do and almost everyone is rude and has an attitude especially KIM. I hope corporate does something about this bc I’m calling them next. I shop for our business at home depot everyday and I never have a problem. I go into Lowe’s 5 times a year and it’s always something. This store is the absolute worst business in Tupelo and whoever is hiring these employees that have no manners should be fired also.

    I would leave zero Stars if I could. the employees talk amongst themselves, and do not care whether you're being waited on or not, they claim it's not their department, I walked and walked and walked and I must have talked to eight different employees and still didn't get anybody to help me they kept pushing it off. Called the manager to complain he never returned my phone call, but That's okay, I went to Home Depot and was treated like a queen!!! I will never go back to Lowe's! You've lost a faithful customer that has spent thousands of dollars there.
