Spent an hour trying to get someone on the phone regarding a delayed pick up order. They kept picking up and then putting me on hold. I finally called corporate who transferred me to a "manager" at this store who did the same thing. Fortunately, corporate was able to cancel my pick up order at this store for me. Wish I had tried that in the first place. Don't waste your time with Starkville Lowe's.

This Lowes is great! Most of the people that work here are willing to help in care about you as a customer.
This is the complete opposite at the Columbus store so if you've had a bad experience at the Columbus location, I urge you to move your business to Starkville. Everyone here is knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers especially ones that have pro accounts. If they mess up, they try their best to make it right which is all you could ask for.

Last week, March 20th, I visited this store. I made an online order to be picked up. Upon arriving, I called to check in due to not being able to on my app. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jackie. Upon answering the phone, she was VERY POLITE and very helpful. She went out of her way to bring my product to my car approximately 30 sec after hanging up. This kind gesture meant so much due to me being in a boot. I tried to leave a review last week when the survey was sent but had some issues. Whomever the manager is, Jackie needs to be recognized. Her willingness to go up and beyond and to provide excellent customer service is what's needed in the world today. I'd like to provide her with a spa day gift certificate...Lowes she has my permission to contact me me for this. Thanks

It's crazy how each visit to any Lowe's is really good or really bad depending on which employee that you interact with on any given day. I've been in this Lowe's about four times and for the most part have had good experiences. On this day I visited, I dealt with Kristy at the paint counter. She was very nice in helping me find the ceiling paint that I wanted from a picture on my phone of a previous purchase. She offered to mix my paint for me without my asking and was very pleasant to deal with. It was a good visit today. Thank you Kristy!
