I filed the police report, turned it in, took pictures of where it was stolen from and sent it all in to customer support. Almost 2 months later, the protection plus folks haven’t done a thing. To make it worse, I can’t cancel the product. I’m stuck paying for a mower I don’t have. My advice would be to file anything like that on your home insurance or renters insurance. The support team for the protection plus do not get in a hurry

I ask them to wait until the 10th when I received my first check. Manager was rude, wouldn't listen kept talking over me. I told him to come get his stuff. I will let everyone I know not to do business with them. I am sorry I ever did business with them.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
