I was very fortunate to run into Lakaya a store associate who took her time to point me into the right direction for the items I couldn’t find. She was very personable, polite, helpful and cared about me finding the items I wanted. As I approached checkout I noticed she was working that area also. She helped me use my military discount and was very patient showing me how to do it the next time. My experience with her was top notch and a 5 Star rating. Great personality and exactly what Lowes needs in Southaven.

I just bought a refrigerator from there. I had Lowe's deliver and install it. It does not work. Never cooled down at all. The ridiculously short return policy on appliances kept me from being able to return our exchange it. I couldn't even rent a truck in time to get it back.

I found everything I needed. The associates were very helpful. Altho I wanted to pay cash and went to that register that said cash and card. It was card only. I had enough on my card to cover it but still the management need to step up and be like their associates. Do their job and make sure things go smoothly when your customer leaves. It's our last impression. Thank God the associates helped me find everything I needed for my project. They rock, management dropped the ball .

Stopped in to buy a craftsman 4 drawer tool cabinet, it was on sale for $177.00 and showed 13 in stock on the website for this location but the store computer only showed 3, BUT in fact there were none. Perry helped me find a substitute in a kobalt brand which cost me and extra $50. Perry was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice to find a salesperson with a wonderful disposition who were eager to help me.
