Call the 1-800 number, don’t bother, this Lowe’s made it clear that online is one entity, and each store is its own entity, never the Twain shall meet. Ask for a manager IN STORE, and you’ll get three workers BEFORE you are “manager” vetted… lots of workers standing around, chatting and visiting with each other. No workers are ready to help customers. The worst was the front desk lady, who was not only incompetent, she was rude. I refuse to shop at this Lowe’s. Disappointed by the lack of any kind of help or accountability. Don’t buy anything here!

No one was anywhere around the electrical supplies, had to walk up front to get some one to call, walked back to the wire section and no one showed up. 10 minutes later a man came by in a blue jacket he called for help and the man said he was in the office busy and couldn’t come. That’s BULL. Every time I go to South Haven Mississippi I can’t get help. There are not enough workers or either they are goofing off OR not in their proper Area. Someone needs to be there all the time to help

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
