Bought a dryer from really helpful people and scheduled delivery for today 8-8. Stayed home all day nothing. The Lowe’s app showed delivery today until about 3:00. I waded through AI based phone contacts and finally got a live person who found out the delivery installer had truck issues. I get it. That happens but no text, no phone call, no email notice no nothing. Totally unnecessary and poor customer service.

I went in to get keys made and have done so several times. Out of 4 keys there is only 1 that is any good. This happens every time I go. Today I went and an employee called for someone to make some keys for me. I waited 20 min no one came. Another employee called again and I waited another 15 min still no one came. I ended up leaving. I would rather go somewhere else but not many people make keys especially the ones I need. On top of that I heard employees cussing, talking about management and talking about a female customer as she walked by. Unfortunately this happens everytime I go in there.

SUPER rude employee when I asked for help getting down a 6 gallon bucket off a shelf I could not reach, in garden section. He gave the ladder to another employee to help me and he was really congenial. Will not forget the rude employee.
