I went and asked for a bird bath. This lady said it scanned for $2!! What a deal! Then they couldn’t sell it to me. It was recalled. Unsellable. And many more excuses. If it can’t be sold why is it out on the floor… horrible customer service.

Delivery date was changed after the expected delivery date and time (thank God I didn’t request PTO at work). When they finally arrived at my house, my sink was missing. I called customer service twice and was told that I will receive a phone call once they found the sink. Those calls never came. Finally on my third call I spoke with Orlando who was very professional and reordered the sink instead of giving me the run around.

Trying to deliver they don't seem to want to "work" or get their deliver. Google says opens at 0800 I check in at 0810 just to give then 10 minutes to get their stuff together. Was ringing the bell and knocking for 10 minutes, called customer service said they would get someone, knocked and range another 10 minutes called again was told manager won't answer pager it'll be a few minutes. Warmed up in my truck maybe 5 minutes, back to knocking and ringing after 50 minutes I walked into the store from customer entrance looking for the manager while I was looking for him he FINALLY came to the back door. Absolutely ridiculous hope he gets a write up or something. I swear y'all act like you don't want your products.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
