Only one person working by the self checkout and she was of no help and quite frankly down right rude. I had items that didn't have bar codes and she was clueless to the point of blowing me off when I'm asking for her assistance. Those items didn't get bought. They were not understaffed as they had numerous employee walking around the register area. My wife talked to a manager which was just as clueless as the self checkout associate. Lights were on but knowbody home. So no help there. Long story short. Put real people who know their job and want to do their job back on the cash registers! Until then you've lost my business. I would rather pay a little more at a local hardware store and have a great personal service experience than to save a buck and go through what I just did.

Refrigerator water line installed incorrectly causing leak and broken line. Dryer (stackable) set on top of washer, but not hooked up behind (vent tube). Had to personally replace refrigerator water line and cut hole in wall behind dryer to properly install vent tubing. Lowes contracts delivery to 3rd party company. Would fire them all if I were the manager.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
