- RDRod DupreeDec 27, 20251.0Wish I could give no stars got a used refrigerator from there asked the stuck up lady at the desk if anything was wrong with it she said everything was working properly got it installed ice maker didn't work at all didn't really care till I found out what I was paying did the math from June of last year I got it I've done paid 1600 and still owed 947 dollars with that money I coulda bought 2 refrigerators took it out my house and sat it in my yard to have them come get it

Their delivery Driver made rude and obnoxious comments about my home as well as straight up called me obscene names and not to mention the racial comments that were made, I will never step foot in any Aaron's store for as long as I live, i strongly recommend Best Buy no problems with them at all.

From day one the dryer handle has been broken. The manager says it's no problem we'll order you one . So we gave it a week and went by , much to our surprise there's been no handle ordered he says we'll get it ordered so 2 weeks from then we go in to make our notes (as we do faithfully) there is still no dryer handle and we are told again we'll order you one ...it's been the same thing for 4 months now exact same experience and now it's the last note to pay the dryer off and still no handle ...the guy told my wife bend a clothes hanger and use it for a handle I'm missing a huge chunck of meat from my thumb where it cut me ...so it was broke from day one and these guys expect me to pay it off broken i suppose ...very very poor customer service I will shop elsewhere for our next purchases ...very unsatisfied customer~ HEATH FERGUSON

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
