- BLBruce LeeNov 11, 20251.0Lowe’s in Pascagoula has been good in the past not anymore they are not good for big purchases bought a Samsung washer and the tub fell out in 1 month i had to buy a new one an Samsung repaid me months later Lowe’s wouldn’t even help now this one is not working had 4 visits so far an nobody has fixed on there extended warranty which is not cheap on my side but they seem to be cheap when it comes to them fixing something on it they just pass the buck it’s always another company’s problem but I bought the machine an warranty from Lowe’s ,Lowe’s protection plan who doesn’t help that’s my opinion an yes still waiting on 5th repair guy he called an rescheduled today . So I won’t make this mistake again…..
