First of all, this review is not regarding my service with Loews in Olive Branch, Ms. I have had the most helpful, willingness to help, and great customer service from Jason and Maria. My most derespectful, unprofessional, aggressive in delivery, and racism demeanor experience came from Loew's Door Installation guy Cory. He canceled the day of via text, he didn't offer any empathy for the inconvenience, and he didn't offer the next day service due to my inconvenience. I called him and he was very aggressive in his tone and nonchalant! He said he would call later the afternoon with his next available date. Of course, he didn't call back to discuss how he could accommodate us. In sum, our precious time was wasted after waiting over a month for our doors to be installed. We went to Loews to cancel the installation. I would recommend if you purchase any doors from loews get someone else to install your doors. Loews needs to hire someone who has good customer service and love what they do in serving people who spend their hard-earning money.

My mother and I made a stop in the garden center today to pickup some plant food. While in the garden area, Cassandra told us about all the 75% off plants and showed them to us. We picked out a cart full. Upon paying, I asked if I could leave them behind the register while I went to a nearby Dental appointment because of the hot weather. She said, of course and went on to write my name and number down to put on the cart. Shortly after that, she texted me and said she had moved the cart all the way to the customer service desk and covered the plants with plastic. At the time it had started pouring rain outside and they were closing the outside gate to the garden center. I showed up shortly after and just couldn't believe she would go out of her way to make it easier for us and to keep the plants dry. Excellent customer service Cassandra! We appreciated it!!
