My most derespectful, unprofessional, aggressive in delivery, and racism demeanor experience came from Loew's Door Installation guy Cory. He canceled the day of via text, he didn't offer any empathy for the inconvenience, and he didn't offer the next day service due to my inconvenience. I called him and he was very aggressive in his tone and nonchalant! He said he would call later the afternoon with his next available date. Of course, he didn't call back to discuss how he could accommodate us. In sum, our precious time was wasted after waiting over a month for our doors to be installed. We went to Loews to cancel the installation. I would recommend if you purchase any doors from loews get someone else to install your doors. Loews needs to hire someone who has good customer service and love what they do in serving people who spend their hard-earning money. Cory is the worst of the worst!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
