Felt like I was bothering them asking for a specific yarn I needed. Check out was ridiculous. I waited in line behind 2 people for almost 20 mins before I made it to the register. Also, they do not have tap to pay- you cannot use your phone- you need the physical card which I think is crazy. Get with the program HL- it’s 2025!! Long story short- I was able to purchase some of what I need but ended up going across the street to Michael’s.
