- AOAngus OswaltFeb 17, 20261.0Bought a brand new generac generator. Has 45 hours on it and lowes wont take it back. This is the 2nd faulty one I've bought. Now I'm stuck w $1100 shitty generator. Not even generac can help me. Dont buy from lowes and never buy a generac. Their is no customer support
- SSSonya StoutFeb 14, 20261.0Went to New Albany, MS store because our refrigerator died. Only one they had “in stock” was $2,700ish. Their website showed that they had the one we wanted in stock. They don’t sell the floor model supposedly, so my husband asked the employee if he could call the Tupelo store to see if they had a specific one. The response from the employee was, “No, but you can.” WOW, really? Now that's really customer service. They lost a customer today, will never bother another employee there again!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
