    Site says multiple flashlights in-stock but couldn't find instore. Employee was like I don't know. So I was only going to get over $100 worth of stuff. , but there's no regular reg. First off, I don't get paid to ring my stuff and I don't get employee benefits... until that happens, I will not use a self check

    I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s from start to finish. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed quick and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service—employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help instead of just pointing me in a direction. I was able to find everything I needed for my project in one trip, and the quality of the products exceeded my expectations. The checkout process was smooth, and I didn’t feel rushed or overlooked like you sometimes do in bigger stores. Overall, Lowe’s made the whole experience easy, efficient, and honestly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects.

    Been waiting 15 min for help in paint area. The 1 woman there is obsessed with her one male customer while the rest of us stare. Have asked for help 2x at customer service - no help there. I suggest a different paint store with better service.

    This is almost unbelievable that Lowes would sell me defective brand new equipment it doesnt matter that it was scratch and dent. Mississippi Statute 75-24-5(k) is clear that businesses cannot Misrepresent facts concerning the reasons for, existence of, or amounts of price reductions. The store manager told me they do not have to detail damages to dryers being sold as "DAMAGED" it is enough that they reduced the price and just tag it as damaged. I thought the dryer was being sold as a scratch and dent got it home the dryer of $450.00 did not dry my clothes checked it out it did not blow out any exhaust and the air was not simply blowing air that was needed to dry the clothes, in other words the motor is DEFECTIVE. Looking at the tag placed on the dryer it says nothing about defective motor. In this respect, Lowes not only misrepresented the law but misrepresented the facts about the reasons for the price reduction. First, there has to be a complaint with the Attorney General then I will proceed with a court action I dont just give money away I expect a decent product for my cash and refuse to pay for something that does not work and especially from a store that is suppose to sell NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS. People dont be fooled by these Deceptive Practices by business check your laws and see what the law really says.

    It's as if Lowe's is in a secret competition to see how awful they can be. We ordered a new microwave with installation from Lowe's online on Feb 1. It estimated it would get to the store within the week. When I checked the status it said it was expected Feb 28. I called the store 3 times and never got an answer. That weekend I was finally able to go to the store in-person, and the customer service person said the online order got messed up and wasn't "talking" to the distribution center so our order would never have come in. Ok... so I canceled and reordered the same product in-person. She said it would be there in a week. A few days later, I checked the status and it was now saying March 12. 😡 We went BACK again to cancel the order, and just bought a product we knew they already had in stock. They said the installer would call to schedule. The installer sent a text saying their first available was March 6, which is 2 weeks from our purchase. So okay, we've waited this long, we can make it. The day of the installation came after several confirmation emails, and guess what?! NO ONE CAME! The number we had went to the installer's office which was of course closed all day Friday. My husband finally got a hold of someone at Lowes, who said, "Didn't someone call you?" 😡 Apparently the installer went to Lowes to pick up the microwave, and it was damaged. So... "we'll have to order a replacement." So we're back to the beginning after waiting 5 weeks! The next day we bought a microwave at Cowboy Maloney, and they had a guy come install it the following Monday. Who knows how much longer it would have taken. What a disaster of a store. We go here as a very last resort, since even simple purchases are routinely a problem. We are so thankful for Cowboy Maloney and Ace Hardware.
