Lowes in McComb is so subpar that I am disgusted. As they attempt to make their money back from tariffs and make us pay for them, they are not hiring people. I spent an hour in Lowes on Saturday October 11th (the day most people to their yard work) and saw 2 people working the entire floor. I in fact, walked around and videotaped the entire store. There was an employee there named Christopher. He told me that he was covering 3 departments. I asked to speak to the manager and he called her on the radio. She giggled and said she was too busy. I told Christopher, "No worries, I'll call corporate" (Which I will follow through on Monday morning). Lowes has a monopoly in our city taking business from our mom and pop shops and ARE NOT EMPLOYING OUR CITIZENS. I am advising EVERYONE to not shop at Lowes! Until they meet the needs of our town we should run them out! They dont care how we feel if they have no one working, could care less if we complain and laugh when we try to. BOYCOTT LOWES! Share this on all of your platforms like I do. Dont allow these greedy corporations to ruin our towns and cities. One of my reviews has over 170,000 views. Let's blow this one up and hit Lowe's where it hurts... Their CORPORATE pockets!

The garden cashier female with glasses brown hair at 6pm was on her phone and didn't even speak or greet or or engage not even acknowledge us as we walked through the door. I'm a current home depot associate that works garden and my husband was a Lowe's manager in Alabama. We've never seen this before besides Walmart. One man with dreads sitting on garden register on his phone. We came in store and he walked away. We couldn't get white marble rocks without doing unsafe lifting and loading due they were on middle shelf of bay. A white young man walked by didn't even offer to help. I told my husband let's go inside to check out. I never seen such lazy associates and I was trying g to keep my mouth shut before I lost it. We got to self checkout and no greeting at self check out just talking amongst themselves until we finished checking out the lady said have a nice day. Plants on ground, blower on soil bags, debris left on ground and associates walking around talking to each other. The same rwo boys from garden walking outside the store not doing no work. Several buggies and carts left in parking lot and associates not working. I'm not sure who needs coaching here if it's the store manager themself for what they hire or employees. Ya'll need to get it together. We've came twice and both garden cashiers from day before never spoke. I had to speak for her. We come weekly and sometimes my husband comes more in one day at this store. Ya'll need to pick up the pace, greet, engage and thank your customers. Ya'll do a very lazy job representing this company. Corporate should come unannounced and see the performance in this store. They wouldn't be happy if they care about the company or their job
