Customer service at its WORST! Drove over an hour just to purchase a dishwasher. Avoided Home Depot in our home town to try Lowes. Will NEVER do that again. Needed assistance with dishwasher & associate acted as if I was bothering her. Ask questions about dishwashers & coupons for savings. Her words were what you see is what you pay. Didn’t know anything about coupons on line. She didn’t even help the guy when loading. I DID!!!! Got home & was NOT the dishwasher I thought I had purchased. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! They are not worthy of my hard earned money.

My experience with lowes is between good and bad the employees are nice and very helpful.. but I bought applicants and each one of them have an issue 😕 my range had a scratch , the refrigerator is freezing and my freezer has a big dent on the side.. and these are not covered with manufacturer warranty..
