Bought a washer/dryer combo and paid for the delivery, installation, haul off. The driver forgot to take the washer with him. I called the driver and they said they would be back first thing the next day and did not show. Called Lowe’s, was routed to their dispatch, who routed me back to the store. Spent 24 minutes on hold before calling the third party delivery company, Q Express, who asked me to set it outside for them to pick up tomorrow now. I paid for the installation and deliver to save time and that has not happened.

I've always had great service with Lowe's but unfortunately this time was the worst experience in my entire shopping experience with them went in to buy a refrigerator bought it had it delivered the next day come to find out they couldn't hook it up because it had different type of Plumbing I was never told that I had to have a particular type of Plumbing for them to install it this caused me to pay $200 and something dollars to a plumber to come hook my refrigerator and ice maker up they also left the trash from the refrigerator in my front yard so when you go to buy an appliance make sure you have all your questions and ducks in a row
