- GBGary BMar 7, 20264.0Combined my son and I spent approximately $1400 at this Lowe’s for online orders to be delivered to a new home today. The first delivery was for fencing and related items. The products AND delivery were top notch! Second was a refrigerator delivery, First was a pushed back time window to later in the day. And then the driver arrives, first he went to the wrong house across the street! Then he arrived and proclaimed too much water no deliver! My son needed the refrigerator, he talked the driver into letting g them pull out of the truck themselves! He and my grandson then carried this new refrigerator into the house themselves with No Help! Additionally he driver tried to tell them they had a stove Not a refrigerator. Then upon leaving he drove off the edge of the driveway leaving ruts in the yard. We still have to get a dishwasher and stove replacement, but this driver made sure we will get them someplace else!! UPDATE I reached out to Lowe’s per their request. They made this right!

Neither one of us have any knowledge of generators, how they work, what’s a good price, electric vs gas, nothing of the sorts. We were helped by JD, a lawn and garden associate. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, and made the selection process very easy and simplified for us. This store is lucky to have JD as an employee and I will definitely continue to shop at this location given my experience with JD. Thanks again a million times JD. I don’t know what we would have purchased and would have been so lost without your help and support!
- WSWillie SmithDec 28, 20251.0Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I waited over 30 minutes due to poor communication and apparent lack of concern. After asking for help at the pro desk, I was told to wait—only to later find the employee I needed standing there with the associate, listening to music on her phone. Even after asking again, I waited another 10 minutes for a simple 0.5-inch cut because the employee had to get a tape measure. Completely unprofessional and inefficient. Ultimately I just left.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
