  This is the worst company ever my son goes to college near there. His unit got broken into. We filled out the information for safe lease that he paid into in the company that owns this property never paid into it so now I have to chase them down to find out who owns this company so I can get them to pay into safe lease or pay me for my loss. Nobody, nobody should ever rent from this place and like the other person said before me, yes it needs to be shut the hell down!!

  I have had a storage with American Premier Storage since my mother pass away 4 years ago I have made every payment each month but this month was a bad one I call and ask for a extension to next Friday without having to pay late fees on the lady that I talked to Angel was very very helpful and got me what I wanted to be able to pay my storage next week without any late fee I really appreciate how she helped me today and I look forward to doing business with her again thank you

  I'm writing this post because not only has my payment been kicked out and I have been charged a late fee. They had change all this over to automated. They taking somebody's job away from them. And now you cannot even go and make a payment. In person. You have to deal with an AI on the phone that is why I'm writing this post because their site to make a payment through through their AI doesn't work. It has not since I have used them. I want personal service I want someone to be in the office when I need to make a payment I want to make sure there are no mistakes and obviously their website is not working correctly. And now they have nobody on site not only to make the payments to but to keep an eye on your stuff. They're also have a huge problem with rodents and roaches I have to purchase Decon and roach pellets to put in my unit to keep things from getting ruined. At least she told me about that before I move the stuff in. Also now without somebody on-site you have no way to get your unit unlocked if you get locked out you have to call an 800 number and wait for somebody. I plan to move my stuff to a different unit just to get my stuff out of there because I do not feel safe.
