Purchased a whirlpool refrigerator and the extended warranty. We have been trying to get the refrigerator fixed for 9 months! The repair company they use is trash and keeps lying and saying they are coming to fix it and they still have not 9 months later. You can’t get in touch with whirlpool to get a new one. Whatever you do, do NOT purchase those extended warranties! They are rip offs as they will not abide by them and you won’t be able to get in touch with the company. We called Lowe’s here in Hattiesburg and they answered and then hung up and refused to pick up the phone! Terrible service from Lowe’s and Whirlpool! Go to Home Depot and buy any brand other than whirlpool with their cheaply made products that you can’t get serviced!
Edit: The number they gave below is an automated number that puts you back in a loop to absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I advise anyone looking to purchase any whirlpool products to go look at their review rating. It is at a 2.9 with may of the complaints I have listed above stated. Lowe’s doesn’t care anymore than whirlpool. They just push defective products and bogus extended warranties on people and then hide behind AI links and emails that go nowhere. I’m contacting the BBB and a lawyer bc this is unacceptable.

No water running in the bathroom to wash your hands. Every toilet is clogged. Spoke to a lady behind the service desk she act like that was normal. Left the store called the store to speak to the manager. No one even picked up the phone phone rang for 20 minutes. This is the Hattiesburg Lowe’s highly recommend not going there. Customer service is terrible.
