    I visited the store on Sunday, November 9th, and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. There were no lumber buggies available inside, and when I asked an associate about one, I was rudely told to go get one from the parking lot. I received no assistance loading ten 4x8 sheets of OSB onto my buggy, and after checking out, no one offered to help me load them into my truck. I’m not a young man, and it was extremely difficult for me to handle this on my own. I expect better service and consideration from a store that serves customers purchasing heavy materials.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience with Brett at Lowe’s! He was extremely willing to help and took the time to answer all of our questions. Brett was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel like valued customers rather than a nuisance — which means a lot these days. Excellent customer service all around!

    Let me start by saying I have used Lowe’s on multiple occasions and this experience has completely ruined the entire store for me. I bought a fridge online from hattiesburg Lowe’s. The fridge was defective and did not work. Lowe’s sent out a repair man who said the fridge was faulty and gave us an authorization number for a replacement. We were given SPECIFIC instructions by Frigidaire to reach out to hattiesburg Lowe’s with an authorization number for a replacement. After being hung up on upwards of 5 times, I left work and went to the store. The appliance manager, a woman who would not give me her name, hid from me for over half an hour and gave her subordinate a phone number for me to call. After calling the number SHE PROVIDED the phone associate asked to speak to her. I said I haven’t even seen her, she’s hiding. The subordinate once again goes to find her, which takes another 20 minutes. It took so long the phone associate called the store and got a different manager. By the time she got the other manager to find me, the appliance manager woman shows up. She says, and I quote “WHY DO YOU NEED TO TALK ME” I walk away because she is being extremely rude and she CHASES me down an ENTIRE AISLE. She SCREAMS at the other managed to not provide me a refund and follows me to customer service. This was hands down the worst customer experience I have ever received in my entire life. If you can by your items elsewhere, I implore you to do so. You do not want to deal with Lowe’s or the appliance manager at hattiesburg Lowe’s Highway 98. Save yourself the trouble.

    I waited almost 3 and a half hours for a curbside pickup got to the 2 hour mark went inside to see if I could just grab the 5 small items and leave the lady in the front told me no I couldn’t and said there was only 2 more cars ahead of me if I couldn’t rate it 0 stars I would
