No water running in the bathroom to wash your hands. Every toilet is clogged. Spoke to a lady behind the service desk she act like that was normal. Left the store called the store to speak to the manager. No one even picked up the phone phone rang for 20 minutes. This is the Hattiesburg Lowe’s highly recommend not going there. Customer service is terrible.

I always buy all my lumber etc and all appliances from this location. Ive always had great service. But today i went to get some plywood and couldn't get no help. I was directly in front of service desk and had talked to 2 representatives about atleast getting the plywood bundle down. Both pretty much let it go in one ear and out the other because I stood there by the plywood for another half hour waiting for them to help. At one point there was 3 employees just up there talking and joking around and telling one person to "help her homie" which was a person who just walked up to counter. I got tired of waiting so had to reach plywood that was atleast 7 ft in the air. Would of been easier and safer just for someone to take pallet down. If I was younger I wouldn't have been so mad, but I am in my 50s. This is poor service.

Waited about 20 mins for help and received none. Went in to purchase 3 gas heaters, toilet, garbage disposal and left with nothing. Ill go to home depot fir now on.
