This is the second time we have tried to purchase something locked up. This go round it was a $400.00 paint sprayer, they didn’t have anyone who could unlock the cabinet, we waited for an hour. They said we would have to wait, we should come back, we came back and stood there, they paged repeatedly, and nobody showed up.
That purchase wouldn’t have included the $100-$200 already in the basket… if you don’t have an entire day to wait, do yourself a favor and go to another Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I placed an order online for home delivery.Someone came outside my house took pictures and said that package was delivered.Well later took my package.I call them they don’t know who was delivering the package which I never received it. have to call police to find this person and my order.You can buy from Home Depot and they give you tracking number for delivery,the name of the delivery person. I never buy anything from Lowe’s anymore !!!!!!!

I'm sure this is a corporate thing and not up to local stores but I'm absolutely sick of looking for decorations and finding nothing left when there's still A MONTH OR MORE left before the holiday. Halloween stuff gone in September, Christmas stuff gone by December 1st. I don't know anyone that shops for decorations that early. This is absurd. Maybe the Christmas stuff would still be around in time for Christmas if it wasn't put out BEFORE HALLOWEEN. I planned on buying at least two large expensive outdoor Christmas decorations this year but that entire section is gone. I'm done shopping here for decorations and pretty much anything else available online. I had the same plans for Halloween but this store had all the decorations unplugged in December, cuz the hell with me for wanting to see what they look like right?
