Husband and I bought a ”new” Kobalt lawnmower only to get it home and not only was it not new, yes, it was dirty underneath and had grass clippings) it was also broken! Shame on them for selling it as new! The only reason I gave them two stars is because the lady at customer service was very nice. Trust is broken.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
