- MWMadeline WoodsNov 22, 20192.0I purchased a dryer on Friday November the 22nd 2019 and I was told that I would get it delivered on friday. it was paid at 11:12 am and I didn't recieve it by 5:00 so I called and someone name Christina tried to explain to me that who ever it was sold me the dryer should have told me that it wouldn't be delivered today. But that is not what they said and that is not what the computer said after I finalized my paperwork on the tablet. I understand how things work when delivering but I felt like they shouldn't have told me today if it was going to be the next day. When I tried to explain i had death in the family and the services were the day they wanted to deliver she acted as if I was crazy saying it don't take three hours to get to grenada from winona I know that but its at 1:00 and you can only deliver after 10:30 that not only stops me from attending to my family but it puts them in the middle of my home while family is trying to get ready that's all I was trying to tell her. If I say that I'm going to bring my payment in on the 15 you expect me to make that payment on that day.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
