    I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe’s annually as a real estate investor and house flipper. Based on my most recent experience, I’m seriously reconsidering where I do business. I came in to pick up a prepaid order of roofing nails—simple transaction, already paid for the day prior. Instead, I was met with unnecessary attitude and unprofessional behavior from an employee named Skylar at the Customer Service Desk. Trying to address it respectfully, I asked what I may have done to cause the interaction. The response I received was: “Sorry if that’s your perception.” That wasn’t accountability—it was dismissal. What made it worse was that a manager witnessed the entire exchange and chose to remain silent. This wasn’t just poor service—it was a failure in basic customer respect and leadership presence. When you’re spending at a professional level, you expect a baseline of professionalism. This experience didn’t meet it.

    I'm going to be Honest and open ....shopping here frequently because we are building the inside of our home.....some of the employees that work here NEEDS TO BE AT HOME ...they act as if your bothering them when .....I thought your company hired them to assist the customers??? They are RUDE ...and unwelcoming.....you ask them a question... certain ones ...are snappy ....I've sat there and watch one employee loud talk a customer aggressively.....then try to loud talk us aggressively cause that's just his way of talking to people by watching him !!...he is Always rude and walk around as if he's such a big shot!!!....like he has a chip on his shoulder .....my thing is you don't know what type of day the customer is having .....DO BETTER LOWE'S

    Lowe’s pickup is getting sorry by the day. We had a pickup, so we waited like 15-20 mins outside doe someone to wait on us or even to call us. Never called, so then I went in the store, 2 women were helping an older guy out and never looked my way. On top of all that I had to take pavers bricks to my car by myself. Lowe’s, you all need to prep up!!

    I'd like to begin my review on a positive note by calling out two stand out employees at the Greenville location. Willie and Jane really deserve big kudos from their leadership for going out of their way to help after my fiance and I were ignored and/or brushed off by no less that 8 other employees walking by us in the flooring department. This particular location has notoriously provided poor customer service in the form of apathy, eye rolls, dismissive remarks, laughable wait times. You can count on being there for an hour if you need an associate to assist you with your purchase. This is Lowes. You can imagine how much money a household may drop in that store when they don't have any other options for their hardware/remodeling/gardening needs. Bad customer service is inexcusable.
