People putting 4 or 5 stars must work there. Because this is the worst Lowes I’ve been to. Looked online for some tile said they had it got over there 2 boxes on the shelf. Told a worker about it claimed he couldn’t find it. We walked around the corner looked up and there was a whole skid of it that we found that they couldn’t. Then we had to wait for over a hour for someone who could drive a forklift. They was doing inventory said all their workers was doing that. If you don’t have working that can help your customers when y’all are doing inventory shut the store for the times your doing inventory. And from what I seen half the people that was so called counting was loud as hell talking the whole store is unprofessional.

I will only share this one awful experience since there are countless ones . I need to also state that a lower rating was not available for me otherwise I would not have given it 1 star . The manager on duty was very unpleasant to the 2 ahead of me as well as me but the complaint is at 9:30 on Saturday morning I went to have some wire cut and after them calling twice with no show and then I tracked down another dept manager who sent someone only for them to tell me they had called someone and after 45 minutes I decided to give up and go to the old Mccoys where it’s a little pricey on some things but wow they do have what you need and no nasty attitude and will help you. Lowes in Greenville is the most poorly stocked store showing inventory they have no idea where it’s at .pitiful is my last description

Did a on line pick up for a case of caulking waited a hour before going in and then waited another hour at the store employee that they called to pick it was very rude said she busy they got to wait not happy with service
