Worst store I’ve ever been to. Unorganized and cluttered dusty shelves. Everyone in this store moves at a snail’s pace and is either intentionally just killing time and blatantly ignoring customers. I hate having to deal with these employees attitudes and exhaustive amounts of time waiting for in store pickup or just getting help finding things on the shelf. I’m sure half of Greenville feels the same way I do. As business owners we are all tired of the bullshit from this store and its employees.

I bought stainless steel stove from Greenville, Ms. And the delivery guys damaged my stove and I've been going to Lowe's everyday trying to resolve the issue. Lowe's is to expensive for the delivery guys to be so careless. I cant never speak with and Manager. This is unacceptable and I'm a very unsatisfied customer.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
