My parents are elderly and my sister is trying to take care of this. She has been online and attempted multiple phone calls. She was told there are no servicemen in our area. As of now, I want the refrigerator replaced! It smells bad, we can’t buy anything to keep cool bc we have no fridge to keep cool! This situation is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE appliances from LOWES!!!!!!!

Everyone in this store moves at a snail’s pace and is either intentionally just killing time and blatantly ignoring customers. I hate having to deal with these employees attitudes and exhaustive amounts of time waiting for in store pickup or just getting help finding things on the shelf. I’m sure half of Greenville feels the same way I do. As business owners we are all tired of the bullshit from this store and its employees.
