We were standing by the appliances we wanted, waiting for the nearby associate to finish talking to another customer. As soon as the conversation with the other customer came to a close, the associate walked away from us. I made eye contact with the associate several times; I also counted six other associates who walked by without helping us. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism and customer service from this location and will be shopping exclusively at Home Depot from now on.

I was blown off and ignored and I just kept getting pushed to the next person who would tell me to go back to the other person so don't go to this Lowe's go to the Home Depot in Brandon go anywhere else but Lowe's in Flowood Mississippi they are the laziest employees I have ever met in my life

Once we decided, we changed our mind and they both accommodated us, perfectly. The service we received was top-notch and professional. - TBTalbot BrooksMar 31, 20265.0Great selection in the garden center. Kim, the Head Cashier, was very helpful and kind to me as I checked out. Lakeland Garden Center ran me out their front door because it was 6 and closing time. Then they locked me into the parking lot while looking at me as I loaded those few plant I did manage to get in my cart from their surprisingly slim selection. Where's Kim re-opened the garden center gate at Lowe's so I don't have to walk all the way to the front door and then back to my car - at 6:22pm - after they closed those registers. Guess who lost a customer and sold me $200 of plants and who lost a customer. I average $6,000 a year in flowers and garden supplies. See ya Lakeland! Oh - and Lowe's has dahlias in stock and some cool new daisy varieties to add to my collection (buttercup is this incredible creamy yellow 4" bloom).

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
