Unable to call and get customer care on the phone. AI is not responding and when after 4 minutes an associate of some kind who was human answered and transferred me to the department I needed and the phone rang for 17 minutes

I bought a refrigator the 13of Jan. It couldn't be delivered until the 20 of Jan. They had one in stock in the store. So much for same day delivery. They are suppose to hook up the ice maker, I had to buy a new inlet hose for it, $18.00. He gets it put together then tells me the hole in my cabinet is too small for the hose I had to buy, I would have to get someone to put it in. I call a plumber , he comes out, of course added charge. He says he can hook it up with the copper tubing already there. He charges 125.00 for a service call. Now I am out $18.00 plus $125.00 because the installer couldn't or wouldn't try to see if the tubing would fit. I have been trying to call Lowe's, can't get anyone on phone. The guy that sold it to us said just call me if you have any trouble. Lol. Their not doing what they said. I am going over there later to take them this inlet hose and tell them what they can do with.

So I have had several bad experiences with this location. Employees at this location, have a very nasty attitude and do not like helping customers. Store items being stocked in the wrong place and then won’t honor the sales. Even accuse me of putting it in the wrong place. My business spends over $3000 a month at Lowe’s and now I’ll be exclusively shopping with Home Depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
