They took down my information and said that they would get back with me. When they did not call back I followed up the following day and the gentleman I spoke to, I am assuming Barry (he did not identify himself), simply said that they do not do that service. That is understandable if they do not do that type of service, however the poor communication and customer service is not acceptable for any company who values to stay in business. Avoid this third rate mom and pops ”company” who is trying to act like a legitimate business.
