- AWA WilsApr 12, 20251.0I wish that I would have read the reviews before I hired them. A year later after they removed old plants and planted new boxwoods, I’m still digging up roots from the old plants they removed and had to replant boxwoods in order for them to be evenly spaced and in a straight line as I requested.
- ZCZach CrawfordMar 24, 20201.0The lack of customer service with Barry Landscape is mind blowing. I called twice to inquire about them helping with a tree removal. They took down my information and said that they would get back with me. When they did not call back I followed up the following day and the gentleman I spoke to, I am assuming Barry (he did not identify himself), simply said that they do not do that service. That is understandable if they do not do that type of service, however the poor communication and customer service is not acceptable for any company who values to stay in business. Avoid this third rate mom and pops ”company” who is trying to act like a legitimate business.
