I was assisted in making a decision about what would be best for me in my situation. Rico Brownlee, General Manager was so professional, along with Kaila and Alexis. Making a selection on furniture was easy in store, so let me please give a shout-out about Kevin and Al delivery personnel. They were both so well groomed, polite and over board making sure I was happy with everything. The D’Iberville Store is one of the best Aarons I have shopped in! Koodoos to this team!

Good quality products and honest people. Jose has a great crew and his delivery/installer people really know there jobs. Thumbs up.

Anyone who had doubts before, should walk in and shake hands with Mr. Santana. He will take the time to figure out the best situation for your budget and is always available to discuss options when life's inevitable speed bumps hit. I highly recommend!

Their store manager, his name is Steven, is rude and has the behavior of a child. According to his employees, he is unable to manage and handle his behavior under stressful situations. Management... not handle stress well? Who puts people like this in management? anyways, got screwed over on our delivery date, discount and treated like a piece of crap in the store and on the phone. I will never do business here again, and I will continue to spread the negative word to all of those people that I can. If you want customers, perhaps you should treat them with respect! If you want to disrespect someone, be prepared for the negative comments.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
