Really sad seeing and experiencing the lack of care this establishment has for its customers and overall shopping experience. Without fail, EVERY - SINGLE - TIME we go here the place looks like it just went through a hurricane. Everything is filthy, groups of workers are just standing around in their cell phones and it’s on average a 5% successful rate finding someone who can help. It feels like living in the stranger things/ upside down world whenever you go in.
Concrete powder and debris everywhere, piles of garbage stuffed places/ all over the place, piles of dirt and debris lining the rows.
The outdoor area is especially fun: easy to find plants dead or dying from lack of care or watering but still have insane price tags/ hard to find help, but again just look for a group of individuals on their phones with lowes vests on.
You would think a franchise of this caliber would have even the most common standards of customer care and standards of cleanliness but it feels like Armageddon just occurred once you walk through the doors. Upper level management should have a call from the hq.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
