- AAAudreyDec 25, 20255.0I finally went into the new Hobby Lobby here in Diberville a couple of weeks ago and I love all the things in the store. Everything was in order, there wasn't stuff all over making it hard to get around in the store. However; what has happened to employees these days? I went through I know 4 employees before I finally found someone to actually help me find what I was looking for. None of the other employees knew what I was talking about, nor did they try to help me in any way at all. They just stood there and literally told me that they had no idea what I was talking about and went on with what they were doing. So... yay for all the nice items and clean store...a big boo for the employees. But I honestly think it's getting the same exact way with the employees at every single store. It's such a let down.
- ABAmy BDec 19, 20251.0Ordered 3 Christmas gifts 12/17/25. Called today to get status of said order. I was offered to leave my number for them to call me back since I was working so I did. They called me back but I was unable to answer. They left me a message. I called after work. The Hobby Lobby representative lady said my order was canceled 10 minutes before I called stating someone at my home canceled the order. No one else was home except for me. I was by far not happy. I explained what happened that I only saved my phone number in the Que for them to call me back. I was never able to see my order on Hobby Lobby and never received any email or anything saying I even had an order thus reason for calling. To top it off, the HL Rep said that one of my items was no longer available to purchase. I said that was stealing. I will never order from them again. I should have known it was shady when I didn’t see any proof of order via email, or account order through my account on HL. This was my first HL online order and definitely my last. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Home decor, kitchenware, fabrics, etc. Their miniature collections and dollhouses are my absolute fave! Hobby lobby is for EVERYONE!! IF YOUVE NEVER BEEN I BEG YOU TO CHECK IT OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
