Have been trying to get in touch with someone in Commercial Sales for an hour and a half now. Sounds like they keep picking up and putting the phone on hold over and over and over and over again. I work for a construction company that works nationwide and sadly, good Lowes stores are hard to come by. Always poor customer service. If they would just pick up the phone we could complete the entire transaction in about 4 minutes, but instead I have been calling since 1:06 pm and it is now 2:31 pm.

As we walked through the contractors entrance of this facility it looked like a dump. Large trash can looked like it hadn't been emptied in several weeks. I asked the CSR if someone could cut a piece of wood that I would be buying and she said their saw has been down for several weeks.
Went to Home Depot in Saltilla and was in and out in 20 minutes with no excuses.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with! I purchased lumber that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and the assistant manager, Kimberly changed the order because they could not fulfill it and changed my delivery date without even calling and asking what date was good for me or give me the option to get a refund to get it somewhere else. I asked if I could get a refund and she told me that she couldn't refund me that the Northpoint, AL store was the one that had to refund me since they're the ones who are fulfilling the order. While I was on the phone with her (Kimberly) and In the middle of me trying to ask a question she set the phone down and never came back. I could hear people talking in the background. She is a Coward and can't believe she is in a management role. As much business as I do with Lowe's with my Pro Account and to be treated this way is mind blowing. Even if I didn't do a lot of business, just the fact that she treated a customer that way makes me question who gave her that job!
I called the Starkville location where people actually give a crap about their customers, and they refunded me no problem.
Thank God there's competition because I'll never do business at Lowe's in Columbus again.
