    Man don't get me started on Lowe's, it the Walmart of hardware stores. Everyone know this about Lowe's stores . You go in looking for one certain thing come out with a buggy full. They are just that good, oh yes they are.

    If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I would. I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism from the customer service desk and team leads at Lowe’s. It feels like some employees may not be fully committed to providing good customer service, which makes the experience frustrating. I strongly recommend offering additional training to help staff better understand how to take care of customers and represent the company well. Excellent customer service can make such a big difference, and I truly hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone. God bless all. ---- order date Sep 20 ---- Update as of Nov 01 "Order placed on September 20 with an expected delivery date of September 21. I have contacted both customer support and the store multiple times and was assured on four separate occasions that I would receive a follow-up, but I have yet to hear back. As of November 1, the items still have not arrived. I am continuing to wait patiently." ---- another update Nov 9, no one reach out to me yet. Everytime I call customer support they always say someone will contact me. Very poor service. ---- Update as of November 18: my order has not arrived yet. Customer service has contacted the shipping company and the store manager, and I am currently awaiting further information regarding the delivery. ---- Called Lowes Customer support and the 3rd party shipping company again and no luck with my items. (2 months delay)

    This is one of one big name home improvement store, so as you can see there aren't a whole lot of choices but I will rate it five stars still because I can find everything that I want every time I go it may be pricey but it's there

    My husband and I came in at around 7 on a Saturday night to return some panels for a greenhouse that had warped the next day. Three women were at customer service chatting and didn't even acknowledge us for several minutes. When one finally did, she didn't seem willing to work with us. She said she didn't know the store number for the store we had purchased them from. I asked if she could call the store and find out, or if she needed me to. She acted like she couldn't figure anything out. Another woman came over to help out. She said she was the manager and that, we can't return anything that is damaged, she said it was Lowes policy. We said we knew that wasn't the case and that we hadn't damaged it, that the product was terrible. She refused to do anything. It was the most frustrating experience we had had at any Lowe's (and we go there A LOT). We left, called both New Albany and Tupelo, who both said it was not policy and they would refund us. We will stick with Tupelo and will never return to the Columbus store, what a waste or time and money and dealing with rude associates.
