When they arrived I was informed that to simply put my existing lock back in the door and adjust a few pins it would cost me $300!! When I said that was too much, they tried to charge me $75 for simply making a trip. I was then informed that they couldn’t take my well established business check, I felt there was a problem. Then the guy wanted me to make the check out to him personally rather than to a business. He was very unprofessional and threatening with Derek and me. He finally just stormed out saying he would have his “board” contact us. I will NEVER contact KeyMe Locksmiths for anything!!
