Sales associate Kim was very helpful and friendly in the purchasing of two new window unit air conditioners on my new Lowe's credit card.
The employee, a Spanish male, who helped me pick out the two best units for my needs, was very kind and helpful.
I was supposed to be purchasing a 110 unit and a 220 unit. The male rep showed me the units that I needed. A couple of weeks later, last night, I finished the installation of the 110 unit and found out when I got ready to plug it in that I had been sold a 220 unit.
My packaging is destroyed and returning it is out of the window. No pun intended. I'm now stuck with a new ac in my window that I can not use and that I will have to make payments on for the next 12 months.
