  It's a really big store with a lot of selection, which is the good part. The bad part is that I couldn't find what I needed, and all the associates ignored me as I wandered around looking lost. Nobody greeted me or offered to help me. I had to stop someone to ask. They were able to help me when I asked though.

  There are great sales. I didn't know exactly where the item was that I wanted things are seasonally separated. One of the staff helped me find what I came in there for.

  I visited the store on Saturday, Oct 18th. The store itself is nice, clean, and well-organized with a great selection of craft supplies. However, the staff was not very friendly during our visit. When my family and I walked in, the cashiers gave us blank stares instead of a simple greeting, which didn’t feel welcoming. Later, as we were checking out, one of the female employees—possibly a manager— she wasn’t checking anyone out stood near the front and stared at us the entire time. There were several other cashiers helping customers, yet she remained there watching us, which made us uncomfortable. We happened to be the only African-American customers checking out at the time, and while I hope that wasn’t the reason for her behavior, it certainly felt unpleasant and unprofessional. We weren’t causing any trouble and were polite throughout, but the lack of courtesy and the staring made for a disappointing experience.
