    Charlie was a phenomenal help to me during this visit. The manager was also very kind to me as well. This store is not the closest one to my house, but I will definitely be traveling here again. The ease of finding an associate to assist me was the simplest that I’ve ever experienced at any Lowe’s before. This location beats the ones closest to my home that is for sure. Kind employees, availability of products and overall experience is 10/10. Great work!!!! This is a wonderful location.

    This store sucks...particularly the install for carpet and flooring. Over promise and under deliver. Then the staff will ignore you when you need assistance getting your install fixed.

    Good service but need more employees to help at rush. Went in for freezer chest and only 1 person working appliances. 3 people where there for help. She did the best she could.

    Beware of this location. Ordered a grill for delivery and it resulted in a nightmare that wasted hours of my time. Weeks of getting emailed day of delivery (up to the hour of delivery) that item would not be delivered. After repeated phone calls with assurances the item existed and would be delivered, ultimately was told that item did not exist. At no point will you be contacted by anyone on their team if an issue arises. Don't trust this store with your money. I was told that this was an unfortunate situation and when I asked if I could speak with a store manager I was told there were no guarantees and no way to follow up on if the store manager was notified of my case. The situation regarding the failure to deliver the item is one thing, but the lack of communication and lies week over week is ridiculous. Update: I just saw the reply to my comment from the Lowe's account asking me to reach out. I'd already done so and your support said the best they could do is give me a $15 gift card. Avoid this store, this company is going down hill and their support is horrendous.

    I placed an online order from Lowe’s a few weeks ago. The delivery company delivered the wrong item. In fact, the item delivered is not even a Lowe’s item. I called Lowe’s who said I had to talk to the delivery company. The delivery company said I had to talk to Lowe’s. I called Lowe’s customer support who told me I had to talk to the store. No one seems to care about this situation. It is a simple solution… refund or deliver the item. No one is willing to fix this simple issue. Meanwhile I am out $ and Lowe’s still has the item I paid for.
