I haven’t even had my washer a full year (with a 3 year warranty that I paid $400 for), and the maintenance man who came out to our house today informed us that he did not “have time” to run our cycle to completion. He left within 10 minutes of eyeing our washer and our washer is STILL not working with the same issues as before the service technician came. To “resolve” this issue, they’re making us wait another two weeks to have the same technician “try again.” I have two kids. If the time and energy was spent properly the first time, I wouldn’t have to be in this situation now. Lowe’s salesman was great. Whirlpool customer support to their appliances? 0/10

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
