    This is a great store! I found almost everything I needed here. Never has been too crowded. Staff are helpful and a kind. Prices are pretty good. Make sure to sign up for 15% discount before you go. Also, the store is very large. It's like a Walmart for Home Decor.

    Went to this store tonight and the bathrooms were disgusting.One stall didn't have a toilet paper dispenser, two were not flushed and gross and the handicapped was out of paper. Then I had too much trouble checking out an item that was marked different than the computer. There were two of the same item, salad dressing dispenser, that were marked 11.99. I happened to pick up one without a tag. The cashier searches and shows me the picture at 14.99. I said I think it should be 11.99. She says "no it says 14.99". I said I'll go get the other one. She doesn't offer. I walk ¼ mile to get it. I bring back the same item marked 11.99. She rings it up and says "no its 14.99". I said well it's marked 11.99 and we stare at each other. She brings over the Manager who also scratches her head. Is this hard? No, the item is marked 11.99. Ok, she says, "give her the discount". It's not a discount, the item was marked 11.99. But I have to say they really made me work for those $3. I won't be back to this store because it is usually unpleasant. I do not think I have ever been in a store and had that much trouble if an item was marked different than the computer. Nor have I had to do all the walking when one item was not tagged at all.

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
