- MBMichael BeckerFeb 19, 20265.0I was purchasing a refrigerator for a non-profit organization located in a neighboring community. I went to the Oak Grove Lowe's Customer Service desk to get the Tax Exempt set up. Lilly was there to help and she had everything set up in a flash. When I went back to appliances, unfortunately no one was there to help. I asked an associate in another dept for help, and Phil came over and informed me that the associate working in appliances that day was away for an orthodontist appointment. Phil directed me to return to Customer Service to see if they could place the order. The lady at customer was in the process of getting the order placed, when Scott, the "Appliance Expert" returned from his orthodontist appt. Scott stepped in and was able to get the order placed, with the Tax Exempt and the Delivery directly to the non-profit organization. Lilly, Phil and Scott made this order go smoothly and overcame all the hurdles without a hitch. I want to thank them for all their expert help and highly recommend the Oak Grove Lowe's.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
