Bought a double oven at Lowe’s and paid for install and was told they come out and measure prior.
Well they didn’t.
CRST HOME SOLUTIONS SHOWS UP “ CALEB WOOD” from Washington Missouri and attempt to install this double oven that didn’t fit and no one measured apparently and then wanted me to be content or modify my walls or countertop to make it work and I said hell no take it back I’ll have to find one that fits so I helped him take it out and he was about to take off and leave and my wife said are you not going install our old one we will be without a oven and already waited 5 weeks for the one that didn’t fit! He didn’t want to install it but I thought it was ridiculous well I helped him put in the old one to then let him take off and leave and flip the breaker and the oven blew up! Started smoking out my house and everything. Come to find out he wired it wrong and just about burned down my home. CRST home solutions just gives you the run around and are useless I can’t get them to give me an assessment and had to bring in my own electrician to confirm they screwed my old oven up and wired 240v to the mother board.
Highly recommend not using Lowe’s for installs anymore. This is scary and unbelievable

We had a claim for our flooring and went to this location for help with replacing our floors. I wish I had caught both names, however, Jason is one of the men who bent over backwards to help. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service and their willingness to help refund us. They were kind, thoughtful and understanding of the situation. I was filled with so much gratitude leaving, those guys deserve a raise! I will forever remember that experience.
