I wish we just had an alternative. In the past year we purchased a washer and dryer. Not in stock, took 3 weeks to deliver (2 attempts). Ordered a Dishwasher, not in stock 2 weeks delivery. We asked why they don't stock anything and was told because of space, everything comes out of St. Louis shipped 3rd party. Ordered a riding lawn mower and was told we could not pick it up in store and it would take two weeks to be delivered, so once again we were charged for delivery and the day it was supposed to show up; The Lebanon store called??? and said the forklift was broken so I have to wait two more weeks. I asked why it was coming from Lebanon and they just said that's how it works? Tried to order lumber and now a truck is broke down AND they are short handed or whatever the excuse is and that too will take a few weeks.
Again, when we do get help it's good and when they do have in stock we can help ourselves but I do wish they had some competition to either make them step up their game, or give us an alternate choice closer than the lake or Rolla.

Angel has assisted me with all of my needs in regards to blinds and flooring. Who knew there was more than just buying blinds and you need other gadgets for them as well to make sure they last a long time in regards to all of my questions of flooring she made me feel confident in my selection of vinyl plank and even provided specifications on the product that I wasn't even fully aware about. However, for a pregnant woman shouldn't they be a little more considerate when it comes to lifting and picking up heavy objects?
Accountability at this store seems to be nonexistent and the higher ups do a poor job at being on top of other employees that can help her shift run smoothly however they don't and it seems as if they leave the biggest load of work for her whether she opens or closes... not the first time I have seen this. I have seen multiple employees walk past her while she struggles to load and unload heavy objects such as my vinyl plank given I am at the age I can't lift such heavy objects myself. It hurts my heart to say the least the mistreatment of such a hard worker in this department where the help seems to be very minimal. They should be considerate of those around them and help put in a team effort without leaving physically demanding work loads on a pregnant woman.

TRIM YOUR BUSH! The water reed bush at the end of the parking lot is a public safety hazard blocking motorists field of view while exiting the parking lot. I can only describe it as an overgrown mismanaged mass of exotic flare. However it does partner well with the customer service department, unfortunately that isnt a compliment. From personal experience both should be uprooted and yeeted into the dumpster. The pro desk folks, Nalaley and Simone are the only thing good/helpful about this store, they would otherwise lose all of my business if this town would expand to have more than one option for building materials. The open field in front of the stores location would be an excellent place to build a hardware store, home depot preferably.

Rob helped us a little bit earlier at the washer and dryers. He was awesome and his customer service was amazing!! Also the lady that was with him over there working next too him was amazing and wonderful too.
