Unfortunately I had to speak with Devin at the woodstone location and not only did he not offer any answers as to why a storage unit had gone up $100 in a year, but instead he decided to get rude and said “well everything is going up, rent, groceries,) which I can understand. But when I said my rent hadn’t gone up anywhere close to that percentage, he laughed and very sarcastically said”well aren’t you just so lucky” Rude people, running a scam business. Customers beware
