They also gave me the promo rate vs the standard rate and are granting me 24 hour access to move from my existing unit to another unit. It’s very nice to witness and be treated with exceptional customer service and smiles on their faces. Unfortunately these days you don’t see a lot of good customer service let alone exceptional customer service. I will continue to be a customer of ExtraSpace Storage as long or whenever I need a storage facility! Whoever Jenny & Zach directly report to, you should be very appreciative & grateful to them & give them a BIG raise and a well deserved bonus. It’s employee’s like Jenny & Zach that go above and beyond as to why you have happy & loyal customer’s.
