- BOBraeden O'Keefe4 days ago1.0Do not store your vehicle or RV here Gates are left open or stuck open 80% of the time or the keypads have been knocked over by careless tenants (very inconvenient when pulling a trailer and can’t easily back out). The icing on the cake is after a year of leasing a spot I got a notification of fraud from my card company explaining that the normal payment I pay every month had risen by 109% !!!! I called and they had doubled the price increase with minimal warning. If you call and ask they say they are legally required to send you a letter in the mail but what’s convenient is there no Notification over text or email like I receive for all my other updates from Extra Space storage. Just shady POS practices all around. The day of receiving the news I had my things moved out somewhere very close for a WAY better rate BEWARE of this places practices Some side notes. Do not let the covered “luxury” RV parking deceive you. You’re RV or whatever you happen to store will most definitely get excessive amounts of rain snow etc exposure year round due to the overhang not coming out far enough. And for anyone who owns something large like an RV in this storage facilities greedy attempt for profit as we’ve seen before stuffed countless more storage container’s in after opening completely disregarding the clearance issues that it might cause for larger vehicles, pulling in and out of the covered parking. In my professional opinion BE CAREFUL if you have a trailer or anything big enough to fill out the big spots there…you might not even be able to fit in in the spot
