- BTBrandy Thrasher5 days ago2.0I am not moving in until May 1st so I can’t give my experience with that part yet but as far as setting up the reservation. I originally asked to start on May 1st. She said she could do the 27th and led me to believe that was when the payment would process. However it proceeded immediately. I was unhappy about that but I need the rental so I had no choice. Just wasn’t happy that I was misled. Hopefully the move in process is better.
