The one time it did work items was stuck on it had to wait over 2 hours during working hours to get an attendant..the carts to help you are locked in office where attendant is not there ever hardly. The biggest problem the price changes every few months..Don’t rent here unless you want a workout because you will be hauling your items long ways with no type of elevators or moble carts to help and lots of stairs horrible
