Throughout my time using the storage unit, he made everything easy, but the move-out process is where he truly shined. What I expected to be stressful ended up being completely smooth because of how organized and supportive he was. Jay is one of those rare people who genuinely cares, and it shows in what he does. I can’t recommend him enough — he made the entire experience so much better than I ever expected.
