  It's a totally normal storage space. They'll get you signed in and out fast enough. The app is handy. The only real annoyance was that people kept stealing theirs carts, and the old manager gave up on replacing them. So there was signage up saying you could get a cart to help with your move. And then I'd show up and nope, no carts. Too bad. Lift everything the hard way. Take a couple extra hours and get a sore back. And this kept happening until I gave up and bought my own cart at Harbor Freight. I'm told there's new management, and he says he's trying to do a better job of keeping up with the carts. They had 5 new ones when I was done with the space and cancelling. Hopefully they're able to keep these. So it's a totally normal, average storage facility. You get what you pay for.

  I’ve had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage, and I truly have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Jay. He has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. Moving can be stressful, especially when you’re juggling work and everything else, but Jay made everything so much easier for me. He’s professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service consistently. If you’re looking for a storage facility that’s clean, well-managed, and has someone like Jay running it, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

  Jay was very, friendly, helpful, informative and very patient !! He cares about his job and the people as well and it shows !! He's an excellent individual with 'Awesome' customer service skills !!

  So where do i start….. the unit had multiple encounters with water damaging items once again. Yes i got proof including rats ate a few pairs of my shoes…. John or as he try to refer to himself as Jae lacks any accountability. Been at this unit 5 years and he has to be the worse manager this far. I asked several times for contact information for general manager he refused. Told me i couldn’t access a unit i been paying for 4 months bc it was not in my name. Then in the next sentence told me i could make another payment which was larger than the original to gain access. Adding several fees that could have been avoided from the start when I arrived days earlier. I also offer to pay the lesser amount over the phone days before that. This place is a money grab. Your tent with increase every six months. The gates are always broken. Jae also very condescending and continue to deflect. After putting up with 5 years worth of rats water leaks and homeless ppl contributed to break inside the facility I’m over it. DONT WASTE YA TIME.
