- MMMonique4 days ago4.0Great customer service first time using a storage unit. A little upset the door to exit is broke that's an inconvenience in itself trying to get out of there with a larger vehicle backup all the way or try to turn around. Had to go around the maze to try to find the actual storage unit assigned to me. Need to work on a map or something for new customers. Otherwise if I was rating customer service only it would be a 5 star.

She told me she would look at my account because I was having problems with it, usually when people say that it doesn’t get done but she called me back within 30 minutes, then did follow up phone call the next day to make sure everything was okay. It was a wonderful experience and it really felt like a burden was lifted. 10/10 for sure and would def recommend working with her.

We need some help from Calletta and she was not only helpful in terms of resolving our problem but also her positive attitude and smiling face helped to boost our spirit as well. Upper management should be aware of the value of these kind of people like Calletta as their generation is about to become extinct :).
- SFShannon FroeseDec 15, 20253.0WONDERFUL for short term storage. Good customer service. Clean. Well lit. Convenient all-weather access (first floor drive through). Low initial rent. If you need storage for only a few months, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. However… VERY EXPENSIVE for long term storage. They double the rent at 3 months. Double again at 1 year. Then double yet again at 2 years (despite their advertised rates remaining low and their vacancy rates remaining high). We cannot afford to see what they do at year 3. We are going to have to move our stuff to another storage facility, which is really disappointing. :(
