I was told my storage unit would be credited for a late this month due to a new job and because I was struggling and trying to catch up Sabrina and Alicia stated my credit was applied. I talked to Alicia Monday credit was there. Paid my account today for last month. The credit for next month price increasing I was promised is now removed and im being told the Supervisor Supervisor denied it by Alicia. Every since the change its been a hassel they are not honest nor consistent get everything in writing when speaking with them.
