PRIOR TO Extra Space buying this location several months ago, the price was reasonable. I purposely got away from "Extra Soace Stirage" why? This company has a known history to keep increasing your monthly rental to Ridlicious amounts! For example without notice I received a 38% increase in rent for a small 10x8 unit. I WAS paying a reasonable amount, but now they are wanting more and more $, so they stick it to the loyal customers. Let's see, rent a 10x8 went from $95 to $115, to ($185!!!) then down to $145 a month ALL WITHIN A 3 month period. They only dropped the price a fraction because I bitched and complained. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They also have a lot of break-ins reported to St. Louis County PD and have an issue with people unfortunately living in some units.
