She let my daughter watch cartoons on her iPad while she was helping us. We ended up going out the the unit (which she offered too show us before purchasing but due to the situation we were in we declined and payed) , when we went outside to look at it I instantly FREAKED because I knew our stuff wouldn’t fit. I got in the pickup crying while my boyfriend went back inside to explain the situation and she SO QUICKLY and so understanding and sweet, refunded us and wished us the best. I was very appreciative of Crystal for being able to handle me on one of my absolute worst days.
